Earn stock when you close your first deal at eXp, when you hit your annual $16,000 cap, and when an agent you personally sponsor closes their first transaction.
ICON Agent award
Earn up to $16,000 in stock in a year. After capping, either close 20 more transactions in your anniversary year, or reach $500,000+ in GCI with at least 10 transactions and pay the ICON fee. Cultural contributions and attending approved company events make up the rest of the award.
Awards vest over time
Stock awards vest over a set period, so they reward agents who build their careers at eXp.
